Liliana Gómez is part of the OCEAN / UNI lecture series: Spaces of Collaboration.

About OCEAN / UNI

OCEAN / UNI is an educational platform of the TBA21–Academy, where art, science, and activism meet in a transdisciplinary dialogue. It focuses on questions concerning the ecological, cultural, and epistemic dimensions of marine and aquatic worlds. The fall semester 2025, entitled Spaces of Collaboration is dedicated to the moving image (film/video) as a medium and strategy for the repatriation of practices, intellectual property, and intangible cultures. The aim is to combine cinematic and artistic research approaches with participatory methods and aesthetic practices – in particular by drawing on indigenous knowledge systems and Latin American and African research perspectives.

As part of the series, Liliana Gómez will participate with her lecture Collective construction of a sculptural monument with the Ocean. We cordially invite you to attend!
