Publication: "Precarious Solidarities: Artist for Democracy 1974 – 77"

Publication of the “Exhibition Histories” series in collaboration with Mi You and Felix Vogel

Advancing research in the field of exhibition studies together: to this end, the documenta Institut and the Afterall Research Center signed a cooperation agreement in March 2023.

The agreement provides in particular for collaboration on the publication series Exhibition Histories, in which Mi You and Felix Vogel are part of the editorial team. On April 5, 2024, the new volume Precarious Solidarities: Artists for Democracy 1974-77 will be published, which includes contributions by Rasheed Araeen, Guy Brett, Virgil Calaguian, Wing Chan, George Clark and Củờng Minh Bá Phạm, Hannah Healey, Susan Hiller, Eileen Legaspi-Ramirez, María José Lemaitre and Caroll Yasky, David Medalla and Brandon Taylor, David Morris, Nii Kwate Owoo, Vijay Prashad and Cecilia Vicuña..
